Yufka dough stuffed with cheese

Ingredients:
2 packages of yufka dough
1 can of cows’ cheese
½ bunch of parsley
½ tp of salt
½ glass of sunflower oil
1 glass of milk
2 tbsp od sesame
1 tbsp of nigella seeds

 

Way to cook:
In a bowl mix oil with milk. Crumble cows’ cheese, add salt, chopped parsley. Grease baking plate with a bit of butter. Slice of dough put at the bottom of baking plate, moisturize dough with water. Second slice moisturize and tear into small pieces, add it to baking plate. Water dough with milk and oil sauce. Put another layer of dough and sauce just like at the beginning. On top of it put a slice of dough and sprinkle with sesame and nigella seeds. Cover Börek with aluminium wrap and cool it for 1 hour in fridge. Bake 40 minutes in oven preheated for 180 degrees.
