350g natural yoghurt
150g turkish white cheese beyaz peynir or feta
1 big garlic clove
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (only olive oil)
pinch of salt and pepper
Way to cook:
Crumble white cheese and mix it with yoghurt, add crushed garlic, mint, spices and olive oil. Put it aside for a half an hour so it can combine well. Decorate top of it with mint leafs and few drops of olive oil. It perfectly matches with fresh vegetable such as carrot, celery or cucumber and with piece of bread.
