Zeytin Ezmesi

black olive paste

Ingredients:
250g balck olives pitted
5-6 tbsp of olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic
1 tbcp of capparis (if you like)
salt, thyme, red pepper in petals pul biber, Turkish black pepper isot

 

 

Way to cook:
Use a blender to mix olives with olive oil and garlick, add spices. If you like you may add some capparis, thyme and a bit of lemon juice.
